Registration
is now open for Agio Midnight Sun Raid 2013. It is the third year in a row this
exotic raid is set up in the beautiful archipelago in northern Sweden. The
shallow waters offer a unique navigational challenge often appreciated by our
visitors. Races will be tough and in the evenings we will enjoy the good
company and the customary sauna.
Agio
Midnight Sun Raid is a raid of ten races during three days which takes place in
Luleå Archipelago, Bay of Bothnia. The only sweet water/brackish archipelago in
the world! You will experience an exotic archipelago with over 1300 islands,
long sandy beaches and midnight sun. The shallow archipelago does not only
contribute to the navigational challenge, it makes the water warm and the
bright balmy nights make sailing possible all around the clock. One of the
special features in this event is the race sailed at midnight.
